Inspect4U
Inspect4U is specially formulated to relieve busy professionals of the demanding process of home finding. We work with them to shortlist homes – if they need this and we will book with the estate agents to inspect the home on your employees behalf. We share photos, video and our property report for their consideration.
Working with your employee, we also ensure their rental application meets the high standard required for prompt approval.
For our international relocation clients, we have a 96.2% success rate in getting approvals on a property within 2 weeks of their arrival. So we can help boost their rental applications.

Express Inspect4U
Express service is delivered as a one-off inspection service for corporates needing last-minute help. If they have booked an appointment for a property visit but can’t attend for any unforeseen reason, we attend the appointment and inspect the property on their behalf.
With express service, your employee will be responsible for dealing with the rental application procedures and further liaison with the rental agency. This service is subject to availability with a minimum 24 hour notice period. Further Terms and Conditions apply and will be explained upon application.
